For example: You can order 50 adult-sized bands and use your 100 free items to get 100 teenager-sized bands. This option adds the product to your cart and allows you to complete your purchase immediately. This is the best choice if you would like our team of expert designers to help you. After you check out, you simply reply to your order confirmation email with your logo, text, and ideas. We will then create a professional digital proof for you to review and approve, with unlimited revisions.Both paths lead to the same high-quality product and include our free digital proof approval process. The choice is simply about which design method you prefer!
- Once we have all the data, we create a digital printout on which you can see your bracelet and which contains all the finishing data.
- Once you have confirmed the digital printout, we will start production. You can correct the digital printout as often as you like.

Our wristbands are made of 100% silicone. Our products do not contain latex.
Yes, we can do that. Our pricing includes one size and color combination per design. If your project requires multiple sizes or colors within a single order, a small tooling fee may apply to cover the creation of additional molds. Please contact us for a precise quote on complex orders.

No. There are no custom charges or fees to receive your bracelet.
We have no minimum order quantity, allowing you to order a single sample or prototype.
Online you can order a maximum of 40,000 bracelets, please contact us in case you'd like to get larger quantities so we can make sure to get you the best price.
However, our pricing structure and our '100 Free Bracelets' offer are designed to provide maximum value for bulk orders for your event, brand, or organization.
If you only order one bracelet size, there are no additional costs.

Yes, you can print inside and outside.
You can also choose whether you want to have one long text all around or two shorter ones - 'front' and 'back'.
You can choose from over 2000 colors, we just need the Pantone number.
The digital printout shows you a draft of the bracelet you have designed. You will receive an image from us showing you the color, quantity, text and logo. Please check all relevant data. You can make as many changes as you like. If you are satisfied with the digital printout, please confirm the order; only then will the wristbands be produced.
The digital printout is of course free of charge.
The colors that appear on the digital printout may be displayed in a different shade due to screen settings. However, there are usually only minor differences. If you give us the Pantone color for your bracelet, we will produce it in exactly this color.
You can make changes by sending us an e-mail or calling our staff. We will then revise the digital printout and send you a new draft.
We are constantly improving our system, but it can occasionally take up to 12 hours.
A short e-mail with OK is enough. We will then start production.
We try to accept all common payment systems around the world and are constantly working to add more ones.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by invoice.
We make exceptions for schools and authorities. Please contact us. We will find a solution.
The total price is shown in the shopping cart including VAT and shipping costs. With us there are no hidden costs such as customs fees.
Unfortunately, we have to charge VAT to private consumer from the European Union. This will be added automatically during the checkout process if you select that you are a private consumer from the European Union.
You can cancel your order as long as we have not yet started production (i.e. the mold has not yet been made). If we have already made the mold but have not yet produced the strips, we will only charge you for the cost of the mold.

Yes, but it requires a specific approach. Because dark pigments naturally absorb light and block the luminous effect, making an entire dark wristband glow is not effective. However, for silicone wristbands with a dark base color, we offer two mature and highly effective glow-in-the-dark solutions:
- Luminous Color-Fill (Highly Recommended): We engrave the required text or logo into the dark wristband, then fill the engraved grooves with light-colored luminous silicone. This creates a stunning contrast and enables the text/logo to glow brightly in the dark.
- Segmented Glow: For multi-color segmented wristbands, we can add glow-in-the-dark powder exclusively to the light-colored segments (no luminous powder is added to the dark-colored sections) to achieve a striking, targeted single-section glow effect.
